About Darebin Chess Club

The Darebin Chess Club is a Not For Profit club formed by a group a chess enthusiasts seeking to organize and promote chess events for all ages in the City of Darebin (Victoria).  Our club is a Limited liability incorporated association in the State of Victoria (Australia).

Membership is currently free and open to anyone over 18 years of age who is willing to support the aims of the club (to promote and host chess events in the City of Darebin). Our events are open to both members and non-members. Children under 18 years of age are definitely welcome to take part in our events. Parent's wishing to be involved in the operations of the club are also welcome to become members regardless of whether they are active chess players themselves.
